About Pura Moka

Pura Moka sells one thing: a classic aluminum moka pot, the eight-sided stovetop pot that has made strong Italian coffee in kitchens since 1933. Three sizes, one design, nothing else in the catalogue.

Why aluminum

Every classic moka pot is aluminum, and so is ours. It heats fast and evenly on a gas or electric burner, it is light in the hand, and it is what the original was made from. The seal is a silicone gasket, with a spare in the box. The only plastic on the pot is the handle and the lid knob, and neither one touches your coffee. Water in, coffee out, no pods, no filters, no machine.

Who we are

We are a small team of people who drink this coffee every morning and got tired of pod machines. We picked one pot, tested it on gas, electric coil and glass-top stoves, and put it on this site at a fair price. No hundred-item catalogue, no gimmicks.

Where it ships from

Orders leave our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 7 to 15 business days, tracked all the way. Shipping is free to every country we deliver to. If you would rather not wait that long, we understand, and we say so up front instead of after you order.

If something goes wrong

You have 60 days from delivery to return the pot for a full refund, used or not, and every pot carries a 2-year warranty against defects. Write to support@puramoka.com and a person will answer, usually within a few hours.
